
Robert J. Lynch, Certified Public Accountant, a partner in the firm, is a 1987 graduate of Bryant College with a BSBA degree. Mr. Lynch has been associated with the firm since 1988 and has been responsible for services to clients in auditing, financial management, administrative operating procedures, accounting, and taxation with a specialization in government and non-profit organizations. Together with partners Richard Bienvenue and George Malloy, Rob is responsible for managing and leading MLB.
Rob’s municipal and non-profit experience spans nearly twenty years and includes providing a diverse array of services to dozens of municipalities and non-profit organizations throughout Massachusetts. This experience includes the traditional accounting and auditing services as well as numerous financial, departmental and process reviews and studies, working with clients to resolve and clear audit findings and implement recommendations, and consulting on municipal and non-profit finance issues.
In addition to his background in municipal and non-profit accounting and finance, Rob has significant experience in providing our tax, business and high net worth clients with tax preparation and tax planning services. His experience includes a wide-range of clients throughout numerous industries and throughout southeastern, Massachusetts. As a Personal Financial Specialist and licensed securities representative, Rob utilizes this experience and perspective to ensure complete and thorough tax planning is provided to our clients.
Rob and his family reside in Weymouth, Massachusetts and are active in numerous community organizations.
Rob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Government Finance Officers Association.
